Website enquiry form

The website enquiry form is designed to prepare an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store the form submission in a database.

AI website assistant

If you use the Darwin Autosales AI website assistant, the messages you submit are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, payment card details, tax file numbers, passport numbers or other highly sensitive information into the chat. AI responses may be inaccurate, so vehicle availability, pricing, finance information and bookings should be confirmed directly with Darwin Autosales.

Customer reviews and photos

If you submit a customer review, the review and any photos you choose to upload are stored so our team can moderate them. They are not shown on the public reviews page until approved. Approved reviews and photos may be displayed publicly on the Darwin Autosales website.

Third parties

Where necessary to provide a requested service, information may need to be shared with relevant service providers or finance-related parties, subject to applicable requirements and your enquiry.
